Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, establish a provider-patient relationship with Matehliz Mental Healthcare. That relationship begins only once an evaluation has been scheduled and completed in accordance with our intake process.
Not for Emergency Use
This website and our contact form are not monitored continuously and are not intended for urgent or emergency situations. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Appointments requested through this website are subject to confirmation and availability.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you acknowledge that telehealth has certain limitations compared to in-person care. Specific telehealth consent, including risks and your right to request an in-person alternative, will be reviewed and documented separately as part of your intake.
